Coffee and soda are terrible for you skin and should only be consumed in small quantities. Water is one of the best weapons in your anti-aging arsenal.
  • Don’t smoke. Nicotine will deprive your skin of the minerals it needs to sustain itself. Smokers will commonly age much faster than the average individual and they are much more likely to fall victim to wrinkles.
  • Decrease stress and pamper your body. Studies have shown that people with lower amounts of stress have fewer wrinkles and more youthful skin. One of the best anti-aging tools you have is the ability to rest and relax.
